What do you require in order to book?
We require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking. You also have the option to pay the entire balance due when you book us.
How many people can you serve?
We have served at events with several thousand people in attendance. Our cart comes in multiple sizes and we can provide two or more if needed for larger events.
What do we need to provide for the event?
It varies for each event depending on your specific needs. Some events we will ask you to provide one or more 8-foot tables. Other events we may rent a bar. We always need sufficient power to run our equipment. It is nice to also have ice provided and refrigeration nearby, but not a requirement.
What time will you arrive for setup?
Our team usually arrives 45 to 60 minutes prior to start time. More time may be required for very large events. We can arrive several hours early for setup for an extra charge.
How much power do you need?
Our equipment typically requires about 35 amps. Very large events will require more. All equipment runs on standard 120 outlets and 3-prong plugs. We do not use 220 outlets.
Do you serve multi-day conferences and conventions?
Yes. We have provided coffee catering at numerous large-scale events that run over the course of several days, including international conferences and multi-day conventions in Columbus.
